Typographic Dialects in Britain

Typographic Dialects in Britain is the title of my university dissertation. It is the main bedrock of research that led to the establishment of Rural Creative. I researched the book over ten days on a road trip around Britain that took me from Land’s End to John O’Groats, stopping off at twelve different towns and cities on the way round.
What I found was a profound inequality in the distribution of good design in rural areas, and this became the foundation of my current philosophy which puts people and communities before more orthodox ideas about commercial success and financial profit.
